- When the guests go out of the unit they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water

- Later check-in (after 9 p.m.) is subject to availability and must be arranged before arrival. An extra fee of 20.00 euros applies for arrivals after 9 p.m

- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace other customers from 10 PM to 8 AM

- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)

- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended

- Heated Swimming pool available seasonally from 1st of may until 1st of October

- Guests' use of the swimming pool is at their own risk. Keep the children under constant supervision

- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use

- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed

- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
