Das Objekt befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß von der Strand entfernt. Das Haus bietet Unterkunft in zwei Apartments. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Restaurant, Bar und Lebensmittelgeschäft.
Dieses angenehm eingerichtete Studio ist komplett ausgestattet und nur für zwei Personen geeignet. Doppelbett, Küchenzeile und Esstisch, alles in einem Raum, mit Balkonmit Meerblick. Das Rauchen ist nur außerhalb der Wohnung, auf der Terrasse/Balkon erlaubt.
HINWEIS: Für den Aufenthalt weniger als 3 Tage erhöht sich der Preis um 30%
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
