Das Objekt befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Apartment 4 befindet sich im 1. Stock und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, Waschmaschine und Haartrockner. Das Apartment hat einen separaten Eingang. Das Rauchen ist nur außerhalb der Wohnung, auf der Terrasse/Balkon erlaubt.
HINWEIS: Für den Aufenthalt weniger als 3 Tage erhöht sich der Preis um 30%

- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
