Description
Apartment house is located just a short walk from the beach and a 10-minute stroll from downtown. Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities.
Apartment nr. 4 - a cozy accommodation unit located on the first floor, fully equipped, air-conditioned and intended for two guests only. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer.
Guests have access to a covered balcony, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying the sunset after a day at the beach.
NOTE: For stays shorter than 3 days, the price increases by 30%.
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
