Object is located in the center of Krk, less than two minutes walking distance from the main promenade, restaurants, bars and beach. The garden with a barbecue facility is at guests' disposal.
Apartment 4+1 is located on the first floor and consists of one double, one triple room and each room has its own bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with a gas/electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and all necessary kitchenware. The covered balcony is provided with a table and chairs. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
