Description
Object is situated in a quiet location and some ten minutes walk to the downtown. The house offers accommodation in four apartments. Close at hand you will find a restaurant, bar and food store.
Apartment nr. 3 is located on the second floor and with a total area of 35 square metres, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. Apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa bed and the bathroom has a basic sanitary appliance and includes a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware. The living room provides direct access to the balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
