Description
The house is located in the city of Krk and 15 minutes away from the beach. The house consists of one apartment and two double rooms with a bathroom.
Apartment 2+1 is situated on the ground floor and with a total area of 35 square metres, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. There is a possibility for situating one person on living room sofa bed that opens out into a bed 130cm x 190cm. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and all necessary kitchenware. The covered balcony is provided with garden garniture. Apartment has a separate entrance.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
