Description
Object is situated in a quiet location surrounded by olive trees and some 15 minutes walk to the downtown and beach. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
Apartment nr. 2 is situated on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with single bed, bathroom with shower and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils. Lovely terrace is provided with a table and chairs. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
