Conveniently located within walking distance to the downtown, restaurants, bars and main promenade, apartment is perfect choice for your next holiday on island Krk.
Apartment 4+1 is situated on the ground floor (mezzanine level) and it can accommodate up to 5 persons. Apartment consists of one double room that leads out onto a private garden area equipped with a gazebo, garden garniture and sun loungers, and one room with two single beds that can be made into a double bed if needed. There is a possibility of situating one additional person on the living room sofa bed. The living room provides direct access to the furnished balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom consists of walk-in shower, sink and washing machine.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets up to 15 kg are welcome upon prior notice. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Later check-ins (after 9 p.m.) are subject to availability and must be arranged before arrival. An extra fee of 20.00 euros applies for arrivals after 9 p.m
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
