Description
The bungalow is part of a private complex, detached building that shares a property with the main stand-alone structure and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday.
The Bungalow consists of one room with double bed and sofa bed and room with a bed of size 140cm x190cm. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances. The lovely patio is surrounded by garden flowers and mediterranean vegetation. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal. Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets up to 15 kg are welcome upon prior notice. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
