Description
Object is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area and its ideal location puts you within ten minutes walk to the old town. In the immediate vicinity there is a bar and food store.
The Apartment house has its own parking space in the yard and a shared barbecue facility at guests' disposal.
Apartment-studio nr. 1 is situated on the ground floor, fully equipped, air-conditioned and intended only for two persons. Bedroom is separated from the kitchen area. The studio has direct access to the shady patio surrounded by lush greenery.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
Note: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
