Description
Apartment house is located in a peaceful area, a fifteen minute walk to the Old town.
Apartment 3 is located on the first floor and with a total area of 45 square meters the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 3 persons. Apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware. The living room provides direct access to the furnished balcony with a partial sea view, perfect for relaxing at sunset with a glass of wine. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace.
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
