The house is located just a short walk from the downtown and a 15-minute stroll from the beach.
Located on the first floor of a modern residential building, this stylish apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms and two contemporary bathrooms. The open-concept living area connects to a covered terrace, where a comfortable seating set invites you to enjoy stunning views of the sea and the historic old town.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Both bathrooms are elegantly designed, offering walk-in showers, a washing machine/tumble dryer and a hairdryer.
A private, fenced parking space with a remote-controlled gate is reserved exclusively for guests of the facility.
NOTE: For stays shorter than 3 days, the price increases by 30%.
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Later check-in (after 9 p.m.) is subject to availability and must be arranged before arrival. An extra fee of 20.00 euros applies for arrivals after 9 p.m
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
