The house is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area and its ideal location puts you within ten minutes walk to the public beach Koralj, connected with the center of Krk by 1.5 km long promenade along the sea. In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant, bar and food store.
Located on the first floor, the apartment is intended only for two guests and consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware. The main entrance also serves as a terrace area. Smoking is allowed only outside the unit, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the unit
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged - Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
