Description
Apartment house is located just a short walk from the beach and a 10-minute stroll from downtown. Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities
Located on the first floor, this charming one-bedroom Apartment nr. 3 offers a welcoming atmosphere and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The layout includes: a cozy bedroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower cabin, sink and hair drier.
Guests have access to a covered balcony, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach.
NOTE: For stays shorter than 3 days, the price increases by 30%.
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 12 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
