Object is located in the center of Krk and 15 minutes away from the beach. The house consists of one spacious and fully equipped apartment. The garden with a barbecue facility is at guests' disposal.
Apartment 4 is situated on the ground floor and it can accommodate up to 4 persons. Apartment consists of one two double rooms and living room The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. The living room provides direct access to the furnished terrace equipped with table and chairs.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
