Description
Conveniently located within walking distance to the restaurants, bars and main promenade our new apartment is perfect choice for your next holiday on island Krk.
Apartment nr. 1 is situated on the first floor and with a total area of 42 square metres provides ideal accommodation for up to 3 persons. Apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed and the living room with pull-out sofa bed for an additional guest. The living room provides direct access to the lovely, covered balcony with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and includes an electric stove with 3 ceran plates, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. The bathroom is contemporary as the rest of the apartment and features a walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets up to 15 kg are welcome upon prior notice. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Later check-ins (after 9 p.m.) are subject to availability and must be arranged before arrival. An extra fee of 20.00 euros applies for arrivals after 9 p.m
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
