The house is situated at a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes on foot away from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the downtown. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
Apartment nr. 2 is located on the ground floor and with a total area of 30 square meters provides ideal accommodation for two persons. Apartment consists of a one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is a lovely terrace, equipped with a table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. 

Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
