Description
Located just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the popular Porporela beach, this house offers a convenient stay. Nearby, you’ll find a restaurant, bar, and grocery store for all your needs. The property features three guest rooms.
Room Almira nr. 1 is situated on the first floor and is designed for two guests. It includes a private bathroom with a shower and a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The room is air-conditioned; however, please note that air conditioning is available at an additional charge of 6 eur per day.
Guests have access to a equipped shared kitchen.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas such as the balcony or terrace.
Please Note: For stays shorter than 3 days, the price is increased by 30%.

- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the unit
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00

- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
- The house is located near a busy road and can reflect traffic noise directly into the interior of the house

- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
