The house is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area and its ideal location puts you within five minutes walk to the public beach Koralj, connected with the center of Krk by 1.5 km long promenade along the sea. In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant, bar and food store.

Apartment nr. 3 is situated on the second floor and with a total area of 30 square metres provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. Apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa bed of size 120cm x 190cm and bathroom with shower. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom has a basic sanitary equipment appliance and includes a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
From the lovely balcony you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.

Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.

House Rules

- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the unit

- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.

- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)

- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00

- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document

- Pets not allowed

- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged - Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed

- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
