La casa si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla famosa spiaggia di Porporela. Nelle vicinanze troverete un ristorante, un bar e un negozio di alimentari, ideali per ogni esigenza quotidiana. La struttura dispone di tre camere per gli ospiti.
La Camera n. 1 si trova al primo piano ed è adatta a due persone. È dotata di bagno privato con doccia e di un balcone con una splendida vista sul mare. La camera è climatizzata; si prega di notare che l’uso dell’aria condizionata comporta un costo aggiuntivo di 6 euro al giorno. Tutti gli ospiti hanno accesso a una cucina comune.
È consentito fumare solo all'esterno, ad esempio sul balcone o sulla terrazza.
Nota: Per soggiorni inferiori a 3 giorni, il prezzo è aumentato del 30%.

- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
